We collect account information (name, email), professional information (skills, experience), and job-related data (files, messages, time logs) necessary to provide the service.
Data is used solely to operate the platform — matching jobs, processing payments, supporting communication between shops and programmers, and improving service quality.
We share job data only with the specific programmer assigned to that job. We never sell user data to third parties. We use Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts have personal data removed within 30 days. Job files and records are retained for 2 years for audit purposes.
