This agreement is entered into by all registered users of ToolpathCloud upon account creation.
All technical data, part designs, drawings, toolpaths, manufacturing processes, and business information shared through the ToolpathCloud platform is deemed confidential by both parties.
Each party agrees to: (a) maintain strict confidentiality of the other party's information; (b) not disclose confidential information to any third party; (c) use confidential information only for the purpose of completing the specific job assignment through ToolpathCloud.
Programmers agree to: not retain copies of shop files, toolpaths, or drawings beyond what is necessary for completing the assigned job; not use knowledge of shop processes or designs for any competitive purpose; immediately notify ToolpathCloud of any potential breach.
Shops agree to not share programmer codes, identities, or contact information with third parties for the purpose of bypassing the ToolpathCloud platform.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 3 years after the last job completed between the parties.
By creating an account on ToolpathCloud, you agree to be bound by these confidentiality obligations.
