How It Works

Four steps from job post to production-ready program.

01

Set Up Your Shop

Before posting your first job, you set up your digital shop profile. This means uploading your machines (including controller type and post-processor), your complete tool library (tools, holders, gauge lengths), and your fixtures. This information lives in the platform and is made available to every programmer assigned to your jobs. No more re-explaining your setup every time.

02

Post a Job

When you have a job to program, you submit it through our structured template. Upload your 3D model (STEP or Fusion file), 2D drawing, specify the material, select the machine and fixtures from your pre-loaded library, and add any special requirements. Our completeness score ensures nothing is missing before the job goes to review.

03

Admin Quotes & Assigns

Our team reviews your job, sets the pricing (rate per hour and estimated hours), and assigns it to the best-matched programmer based on machine type, complexity, and programmer tier. You receive the quote and accept or decline before work begins.

04

Programmer Works in Your Fusion Project

Once you accept the quote, the assigned programmer is added as a collaborator on your Fusion 360 Hub project. They work directly inside your project, using your actual tools and machine configuration. You can watch progress in real-time if you choose.

05

Delivery & Review

When programming is complete, the programmer delivers the job through the platform with a standardised setup sheet, a written handover summary, and a declaration of simulation verification. You review everything through the platform and either accept or request revisions.

06

Pay & Rate

On acceptance, the job is billed based on actual hours logged — never more than the quoted maximum. Both parties rate each other, which drives platform quality over time.
